We will reply to your request within 48 hours. If we have not replied within this period, it will be understood that the reservation has not been accepted.

Hotel Rosa (LAIMAR SPC) requires an advance payment of one part of the price in the way of deposit. Said amount will later be deducted from the final bill. The amount to be deposited corresponds to the price for one night.

Cancellation of reservations within a period of seven days prior to the date of occupation implies the loss of the total deposit.

Should the cancellation be made before the seven-day period, the client shall recover the full amount of the deposit.
